Just lowered price. The hardware and materials alone to make the door cost over $600. You're not going to find another barn door made like this even at over $1300 . Custom-made barn door I constructed for my house. With hardware, the materials alone are more than what I am asking. If contracted to make this I would have charged $1700. The thickness, the weight...nothing matches out there. Sold the house last May and the new homeowner gave it back over the winter because they wanted a pocket door! LOL.

It's used I guess because it was up for a year or so but technically like new

Rail: 79" length round rod 1" diameter

Door: 85" tall; 38" wide; 1.75" thick (yes!) with 3 separate pieces of frosted glass

None of those barn doors listed are this thick or have this quality. Tmicorp.net if you want to see my quality of work.
