Used leather sofa in good to fair condition with exception of repaired tear in seam of one arm and some very minor scratches. Neutral beige/taupe color. 7' long, 36" deep, cushion height approximately 17". Still has a lot of life in it; would be good in basement or man cave. Price for sofa: $75. Also for sale is matching recliner with foot stool. In excellent condition. Price for recliner is $100.

Smoke free home; did have dog previously.
