Started to restore my gazebo and I found out I cannot install it at my condo complex. The umbrella needs to be restored (sand and paint the main pole and splines). It has lights (that clip to the splines) and a transformer that has never been used. See photos - the last photo shows the original price. Designed for commercial use.
