I have owned this grill for 22 years and it has served me well.
I am selling it because I got a new one for my birthday.
It still works well but only is in fair shape.
Why only $50 for a $800 grill? Here are the pluses and minuses of this grill:
The grates are Weber stainless steel and in great shape. I replaced them 2 years ago and they are worth about $60.
The flavor bars Weber stainless steel and in great shape. I replaced them 2 years ago and they are worth about $30.
The grill lights with the starter but sometimes you have to open the cover and push the starter at the same time to get it to light.
The heat is somewhat uneven with the right side hotter than the left (it has always been like but a little more uneven now).
The coasters (small wheels) were replaced last year and are in great shape.
The frame is fair and is solid enough. The bar on the bottom back fell off and is wired back on. The tray that catches the drippings came loose and the left and is wired back on.
