CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:
• Can prove work history in Illinois for at least the past 2 years
• Can speak English and are able to communicate to the client and the agency
• Must have at least 1 year experience in all areas of personal care
• Must be on the IDPH web portal listed as eligible to work, or be willing to submit to a criminal background check
• Must be able to provide training certificates within the last year, or be willing to complete the required training.
• Must have a valid driver's license or photo ID. Driving is not required for these positions.
