They have draw string closures and when laid flat they measure 28" W x 38" H. They are used but clean and in excellent condition and extremely durable. There are minor scrapes and scuffs on the outside of them as to be expected from normal usage as well as writing on it from our business but nothing that affects their performance in any way. The reason I am selling them is that I standardized our other laundry bags for our business and I just don't need them any more.
