I am selling a USED 2016 model year EDCO CPM 10-13H Crete-Planer concrete Scarifier / Planer. These sell for $8250 plus tax and shipping so new is going to be close to $9k and they are on back order. Asking $4000 obo. This unit is larger than the CPM 8-9H. This is a heavy unit with the 13hp Honda motor versus the CPM8-9H which has a 9hp motor.
