📍 Bensenville, IL
We are a small, family-run shop that specializes in remanufacturing and repairing electronic products, and we’re looking to add a reliable, detail-oriented team member to our operation.
This is a full-time position with full benefits available after 90 days.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends
Primary Responsibilities (Majority of Role)
Receive incoming packages and process them into our operating system
Verify package contents against paperwork
Photograph and document parts
Assign parts to specific repair technicians
Shipping duties (reverse process):
Create and verify packing slips
Match outgoing parts correctly
Package items securely and professionally
Ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Speedy
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with quality control before parts ship
Clean, seal, paint, and recondition external cases on electronic parts
Ensure finished products meet our standards before leaving the shop
General help with task of the shop
What We’re Looking For
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling packages and documentation
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and follow established processes
Prior shipping, warehouse, or shop experience is a plus (but not required)
