Warehouse Inbound Unloading Supervisor 

Summary: This person is responsible for supervising the unloading/lumping crew and the daily unloading operations at this food-service distribution warehouse. 

Payrate: Monday - $800-$1,000/Week 
Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance is Available
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (4:30am - UF)
 

Responsibilities: 

• See that work areas are always clean! Sanitation is everyone’s responsibility 

• Coordinate daily load schedule such as cases per department, loads that need immediate attention, etc. 

• Communicate with the customer and monitor any needs such as loads for appointments, backhauls and common carriers. 

• Plan and implement strategies to have loads done in a timely manner. 

• Make sure payment is complete before a receipt is generated and have the correct information on the receipt.  

• When loads are done for the day make sure all work areas are clean and all pallets are separated for the next day before the end of the shift. 

• Assure that all trailers are secured with chocks and glad hand locks while loading and unloading. 

• Enforce closing and latching doors after each load is completed 

Requirements: 

• Must be able to constantly lift moderate weight items. 

• Must be willing to work different zones/ times as required by your supervisor. 

• Must be willing to work/ cover any shift. Some of our locations are 6 day a week operation. 

• Must be able to follow instructions and work in a safe and productive manner. 

• Experience with some computer software to complete required daily reporting
