Maintenance Technician position available for property management company
This is a temporary position working 30hours per week with the possibility to become a full-time position.
Duties/Responsibilities for this position include:
• Maintenance and repairs in occupied apartment
• Turnovers
• Painting
• Maintain building’s exterior by performing minor and routine maintenance
• Landscaping
• Minor construction which includes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have good organizational skills.
Must have own vehicle, current drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance.
Compensation $20 to $30 Hourly
Employment Type: Temp to hire Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
