Positions Available:
❄ Snow Blower Operators/Shovelers
❄ Skid Steer Operators
❄ Plow Truck Drivers
📍 Work Location: Naperville Yard – 31W478 Diehl Rd (Service area within a 15-mile radius)
💲 Pay: Starting at $29/hr (depending on position & experience)
🕒 Hours/Shifts: Weather-dependent
✅ Employment Type: W2 employees only (not 1099, not cash)
🚗 Requirements: Reliable transportation, physical strength, endurance, and tenacity
MUST BE RELIABLE - able to show up to work when called in for snow event.
Positions Require Physical Strength, Endurance, and Tenacity.
Must follow all safety WDL protocols.
Maintain a high level of integrity and have a good attitude.
