Position Overview
We are looking for a strong, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time heavy mover, with the opportunity to step into a managerial role. Work availability depends on booked jobs — when we have business, you have work. During the summer season, hours often increase to near full-time or full-time levels.
This role is ideal for someone who can take charge on job sites, communicate with customers, and ensure moves are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Move and transport heavy and oversized items (gun safes, commercial equipment, hot tubs, printers, etc.)
• Lead and manage moves from start to finish
• Assess job conditions and plan safe moving strategies
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Load, secure, and unload items carefully
• Protect customer property and equipment
• Help coordinate crew members when needed
• Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

Requirements
• Physically strong and capable of lifting/moving heavy objects
• Experience in moving, rigging, construction, logistics, or equipment handling preferred
• Leadership or management experience is a big plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to problem-solve on the job
• Available on short notice when jobs come in
• Must be dependable — this is not casual labor
