Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, components, and parts according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works efficiently with their hands, and can follow instructions with accuracy.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts, components, and products following diagrams, work orders, and instructions
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Identify any defects, missing parts, or inconsistencies and report issues as needed
Perform basic adjustments, calibrations, or rework on products
Package and label finished assemblies as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety policies, production processes, and company guidelines.
Requirements
Previous experience as an assembler or in a manufacturing/production environment
Warehouse experience is an asset (picking, organizing parts, basic inventory knowledge)
Ability to read and understand instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
