GC looking for an experienced painter or small painting team for a full interior and exterior repaint on a residential remodel.
Approx. 1,500 sq ft ranch, 3 bed, 2 bath.
Scope:
Full interior paint
Full exterior paint
Doors, trim, baseboards, and ceilings
Prep, patching, caulking, and cleanup
Project needs to be completed in less than a week.
Looking for someone who paints full-time and regularly handles complete house repaints. Not looking for a handyman or someone who paints a few rooms once in a while.
Must have own sprayers, ladders, tools, and transportation.
