We’re looking for an experienced construction crew or skilled tradesmen to help finish a restaurant remodel at our ice cream shop location in Romeoville.

Weber Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446
The project is approximately 70% complete. We need a reliable crew that can start soon and help us finish the remaining work.
Remaining Scope:
* Finish millwork punch items
* Install glass sneeze guard
* Install remaining cabinetry
* Supply and install countertops
* Install handwash sink and blender rinser (fixtures provided)
* Complete plumbing connections
* Paint the lobby and service line
* Finish electrical work (backline power and menu board circuits)
* Evaluate and relocate the ice well if feasible
* possible floor drain
We’re looking for:
* Experienced commercial construction crew
* Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, or a small team that can handle multiple trades
* Ability to start immediately
* Reliable workmanship and communication
