Double nylon in the knees and hips for, well, saving your skin. Knees have pockets for armor, because having working knees is a good thing (ask anyone who doesn't). I added 2" wide reflective stripes down the back of the legs, because the only thing that is better than being protected in a crash is getting the freaking cage to see you before it runs you over (at a light, of course, because we all know that no one is passing you when you're not at a light. Am I right? You know what I'm sayin...)
