Made in England - The sizes are: Bass drum 22x14 with the 2 spurs: Rack toms: 12x9 and 13x9. The floor tom is 16x15 with legs.
The color has a smooth jet black finish. All the chrome lugs and rims and other parts are shiny - rust free and work and tighten up as they should. The drum heads are pretty much new with only a few light stick marks. The Bass drum batter head is a clear Tama Power Craft 2 with a 2" built in muffle ring pretty much new as well.
