condition: excellent

Rare and hard-to-find Danelectro Coral sunburst hollow body FACTORY BLANK made from 1967-1969, never used or set up, no holes drilled, and has never had a neck installed. Ready for you to create your dream bass or guitar (same bodies), and either righty OR lefty. Or just to display as art while you find parts for it.
I have included photos of completed basses and guitars using this type of body.
Overall it's in beautiful shape, but has a ding in back at the top of one of the horns (fixable), a couple slight cracks that are only seen up close, and a couple tiny dings, and it is priced accordingly.
This body screams 1960's, and the bindings have aged and faded nicely and look super vintage like an old Les Paul. Most likely a NOS body made in Japan in the Kawai factory, designed by Vincent Bell.
See this Reverb ad for the same body for sale for $650: https://reverb.com/item/38103637
Asking $295 or best offer. Located in Wheaton near Butterfield Road and Lambert.
Can send more photos.
