Seeking retired or semi -retired part time office assistant who has experience in Word and Excel. QuickBooks a plus. Internet proficiency desired. Must be able to answer the phones pleasantly and type correspondence professionally. You should be dependable, organized and a quick learner. This is a very demanding environment so you must be able to work quickly, efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is very important. The applicant must be self-motivated and be able to handle a multitude of tasks plus excellent multi-tasking skills. Bilingual a plus. Basic bookkeeping knowledge is also a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience and knowledge;
It is preferred that applicant reside in or close to the Westchester area
This is a Part-Time Position 10 am - 3 pm 2 or 3 Days a week, also on days off may need to meet with tenant prospects to show suites.
â€¢ Uses computer software and systems to input and format data into spreadsheet reports.
â€¢ Answers telephone calls in a pleasant, helpful manner, directing calls to the correct person and takes messages as appropriate. .
â€¢ When needed, types letters, memos or other correspondence quickly and accurately.
â€¢ Produces various reports timely and in an understandable format.
â€¢ Follows established company processes and procedures.
Keeps up to date on all filing of departmental records.
Work with tenants and prospects showing office space, preparing leases etc.
Work with venders and tenants as needed.
