Nine9 is a leading entertainment industry company who works with aspiring and experience models and actors. We are currently interviewing for a key position in our Elmhurst, IL location.
This position offers a strong compensation plan including Health, Dental and Life benefits and the opportunity for advancement.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to review and interview aspiring talent, assist with creating their comp cards, scheduling photo shoots and instructing talent during Casting Calls. The position requires customer care skills as well as administrative and business development.
Duties may also include:
- Assisting with regularly held Open Calls
- Working with casting directors and producers during in-office Castings
- Client follow-up with industry professionals
- Basic clerical duties
The ideal candidate for this position would work well both independently and in a fast-paced team environment. A somewhat flexible schedule is helpful as our hours can lead into the evenings and weekends. Being detail oriented is a must!
Other requirements for the position include:
- Able to multi-task
- Has a desire to learn and improve
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-thru
- Above average computer knowledge
A background in the entertainment industry or marketing, sales, PR, fashion, retail is a plus BUT not required.
