Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, organized team member to help support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a stay-at-home parent, student, or someone semi-retired looking for consistent, flexible part-time work. The position includes a mix of light customer service, inventory organization, and shipping/fulfillment.
What You’ll Do
Respond to basic customer emails and occasional phone calls
Assist with order processing and simple status updates
Pick, pack, and ship orders
Receive and organize incoming inventory
Help maintain a clean, organized workspace
Track shipments and flag any issues
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and staying organized
Friendly and professional communication skills
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Ability to lift/move boxes (up to ~30–40 lbs)
Prior experience in customer service or fulfillment is helpful, but not required
