Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will assist in maintaining our operational schedule, book inspection services and perform administrative duties. This is a very important position in our office providing frontline support to our business operations and acting as the 'right hand' to our office supervisor and field staff.
Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role having familiarity with office organizational procedures and scheduling.
Ability to provide constant updates to the management team as it relates to current and ongoing projects.
Experience using phone systems, copiers and printers.
Robust technical familiarity with computers, web based software and Gmail is a must. Experience with Google Drive is a bonus.
Proficiency in Google based products specifically; Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive. Microsoft Office skills ok.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. or more on occasion and work on your feet.
