Responsibilities:
- Create and manage delivery orders
- Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries and assist with routing
- Provide customer and warehouses with status updates
- Answer customer service emails, resolve issues and handle inquiries
- Maintain system updates in a timely manner
- Handle phone calls and coordinate with the team for smooth operations
- Track shipment progress and ensure arrangements accordingly
- Communicate with railyards, depots and steamship line
- Respond to emergencies or delays promptly
