Huge backyard with patio and fire pit. Spacious bedroom w/full bath. Very nice size kitchen. Fireplace in living room. Must not have allergies to dogs or cats.

Your animal(s) must be dog and cat friendly, with proof they are up to date for rabies. 1 dog (border collie mix) and 3 kitties in home. No washer / dryer on-site. The closest laundromat is 1 mile away. Less than a 5 min drive.
