We are clean, honest, and drama~free. We are a safe and inclusive place for queer, trans and non-binary people, so acceptance and mutual respect of one another is important to us. We are *mostly* an alcohol-free but 420-friendly household. People can rent long or short-term since rent is month-to-month. We've had students, actors, musicians, interns and the like in the past.

Located in Aurora's beautiful Near Eastside Historic District, our turn-of-the-century, Victorian-style house is centrally located and within walking distance from the BNSF Metra train line (to Union Station), the Fox River Trail, Gillman Trail, Illinois Prairie Path, Aurora Public Library, Aurora's Waubonsee Community College Campus, Aurora University, Paramount Theater, Paramount School of the Arts, RiverEdge Park, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, parks and more.

Rent does not include paper products, laundry supplies, etc.
Rent is month-to-month with 60 day's notice to vacate.
First and last month's rent plus 50% security deposit required upon move-in date.
So $3,000 ($1,200 + $1,200 + $600) to move in on the 1st.
Mid-month move-ins rent will be prorated, meaning you won't have to pay for the full month.
If interested, the deposit is required to reserve the space.
An Airbnb option is available if you’d like to try before you buy, or just use that option. Rent is a little more, but then you don’t have to pay the security deposit or last month’s rent upfront.
