There is a washer/dryer in unit, plenty of parking, private locked room, shared bath. This is good for the transferred businessperson who may be newly stationed in Oak Brook, Oakbrook Terrace, Lombard, Naperville, Downers Grove, Lombard, Woodridge, Lemont, Darien, Lisle, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Westchester, Hinsdale, Westmont, Clarendon Hills, or even Chicago for a month or more. Visiting nurses and interns have stayed here for 1-3 months at a time and have enjoyed it greatly. Are you in transition? We're 30 minutes from both O'Hare and Midway airports and right near the METRA, Belmont Road BNSF station in Downers Grove.

The Space:
Newly renovated home, with two refrigerators, microwave, coffee machines, granite wet bar and tile floor. Can shower in the Jacuzzi tub with new shower curtain. The fireplace is electric, heat and with remote control. No smoking or pets please. If must have a pet, we need to discuss the particulars.
Guest Access
Will have access to the washer and dryer, bathroom, bar, grill, kayaks, yard and large open space. There are three separate WiFi router antennae for privacy on the 1GB Ethernet (Fiber WIFI).
Interaction with Guests: I sometimes live upstairs and am available to you to answer questions and bring you what you may have forgotten.
The Neighborhood: It has a rustic feel and there are lots of woods. The neighbors are quiet and very private, and the 'no outlet' block has little traffic.
Getting around: You can walk to the Belmont Road train station stop in 5-10 minutes. You may leave your car in the driveway, or can park for free most of the time near the train station (after 11AM and all weekends).
Other Things to Note: The St. Joseph's Creek is on the north side of the property, about 150 yards from the backyard deck.
