The room has a new Queen size bed. A dresser/storage unit. Large closet. Big bright windows and airy. The room is newly painted, and carpets cleaned. We can set up your room anyway you need: add a desk, a lounge chair, a TV, etc. I want your room to be comfortable. Your room will have a mini fridge, fan and a TV.
My house is 3 blocks walk from the Metra train. Express train downtown is 25 minutes and Naperville is 25 minutes.
Jewel, Aldi, Panera and Trader Joe's are within walking distance. Buses run up and down La Grange Road.
Target, Walmart, Mariano's, Home Depot, Kohl's, Panera, Whole Foods are about a 5 minute drive.
Brookfield Zoo is 5 minutes away.
Bike Trails/Walking Trails in wood surrounding the area.
Oak Brook Shopping Mall is 10 minutes away.
Both airports are 15 minutes with no traffic.
Right off 294, 55 and 290 expressways.
Downtown La Grange is award winning! Beautiful area with million-dollar homes, many churches, restaurants, parks, ice cream, gyms, a $9 movie theatre - all walking distance from my house. Every fast-food restaurant and store within 15 minutes (Walmart, Target, etc) VERY SAFE, Upper Middle-class suburb and surrounding suburbs.
Please NO Smoking. NO drugs. NO weapons. No burning candles (fire), etc. The house is quiet and respectful. I am a professional and friendly and expect that you are too. Security deposit.
