Rent is $600 per month plus half of electric and internet (not currently set up, but can be added).
I live a quiet, low-key lifestyle and work regularly. I’m Christian, fairly traditional in values, and spend free time enjoying board games, video games, card games and going out for an occasional drink as well. The apartment is best suited for someone with a similar lifestyle who is responsible, employed, and looking for a stable living situation.
I’m looking to share the space with one other adult. No pets, smoking, or drug use in the apartment.
