Looking for a fourth roommate for the year! Potentially open if not planning on staying a whole year! Currently occupied by three post college 23-24 year olds. Looking for a fourth roommate, preferably in their early to mid twenties, but open on age if needed! House is just a couple blocks outside of North Central College, and just about a mile from Downtown Naperville. Close access to downtown, train station, and college campus. Bedroom will be unfurnished. There are 2.5 bathrooms on the property, a full that is shared by some roommates, a full in the master suite, and a half downstairs. Bedroom is upstairs looking over the backyard. House has common spaces with a large living room, two entry rooms we use as an entertainment room and a pantry, three seasons porch, a large backyard, a fairly spacious kitchen, and a dining room. Basement contains plenty of storage room. We are mostly fairly clean and will be looking for someone with fairly clean and neat habits! Rent is 898.75 a month plus utilities!
