The townhouse is 1/4 block from Bus Stop (CTA 90, PACE 307) which connects to the CTA Blue Line, CTA Green and Metro lines 30 minutes to loop. North Avenue bus runs late into the city 1 block away
Room is available furnished only with full-sized bed, dresser and desk. (for one renter only no sharing of the room)
Great location for a student, the location is within walking distance of Concordia and can be easily walked to Dominican University.

Parking: There is no parking overnight on Oak Park streets. (Parking overnight is allowed on Chicago streets 2 blocks away free of charge.) Otherwise off- street parking is available in office lot across street. There is generally a parking fee fee payable ($125.00) to a 3rd party office building ( if they collect it)

The months $300.00 Security Deposit is given to ensure:
First and last months rent $ 790 + $790
• The proper notification of 30 day/ 1 Month departure
• Date of departure (After notification room must be orderly and clean for new tenant viewing)
• Proper cleaning the room upon your departure; and to
• Cover any potential damage during your stay. If such event occurs, the cost, penalty of the former will be automatically deducted from the deposit.
• Deposit will be given after you have completely and thoroughly cleaned the room and the room has been inspected. I have 30 -45 days to inspect the room but usually 1-2 weeks.
• Late rent will be assessed at $10/day
• Deductions of $100.00 for my time if room is not cleaned (washed & swept floors and all linens washed all items removed from the premises)
• $120.00 deduction for non-return of key. $80.00 for non-cleaning of refrigerator
