Hi, I am looking for 2 roommates at a property I plan to purchase in Oak Park. I have attached pictures of the property interior. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The kitchen and living room are common areas, and the 2 bathrooms can be shared between the 2 roommates. I (26M) will be one of the three roommates, but I be away 99% of the time because I already have my own place, and it is part of the loan agreement (VA) that I legally occupy a portion of this place. So, the 2 roommates can be a couple, 2 friends, or 2 strangers.

Location is 415 S Maple St Oak Park.
Amenities include: all utilities covered, walking distance from Union Pacific, Green line, Blue line, and major chains such as Target, Chipotle, Whole Foods, and Men’s Wearhouse.
