Maintenance:
Last oil change 05/09/25 (oil was changed every spring)
Generator has 118 hrs (oil was changed every spring) last changed 05/09/25
New tires July of 2021
New main awning fabric fall of 2021.
Over cab clearance lights upgraded to led due to original lights leaking. All resealed.
All side marker conventional light bulbs upgraded to led.
Installed new led tail lights and license plate light to replace originals due to leakage on drivers side. A 12”x24” area of rot was removed rebuilt and resealed.
Replaced the refrigerator brain board and flame sensor as well as the 110 power inverter and microwave oven due to a voltage surge 3 years ago.
Added on by me:
*Floe 636 Induratec 12 volt on board drainage system. (Compressor that’s tied into supply lines to blow out water between uses or when put into storage)
*Portable Flow Jet macerator pump for tank dumping. Wired switch in tank bay.
*Upgraded to two coach batteries. (both replaced 5/13/25)
*External propane hookup for outside grill.
*External tv bracket and coax outlet for outside tv.
*External “Dual Marine Gauge Hole”receiver with a.m. fm, marine band, Bluetooth and auxiliary inputs, matched to a pair of Kicker 8” marine speakers with led lights.
*Sale includes tire covers, windshield cover and macerater pump with drain line and adapters. This unit is ready to hit the road. Clear title in hand. Note: drivers seat and couch arms are starting to show minor wear. Was $48,000 now $46,000
