The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Network Support Engineer who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with users. This role blends helpdesk, network support, and onsite client work, making it ideal for someone who likes to stay active and work across different environments.
What You’ll Do
🔧 Provide Tier 2/3 support across multiple client environments
🖥️ Troubleshoot Windows servers, PCs, and network issues
☁️ Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
🌐 Work with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
📞 Handle helpdesk tickets (remote & phone support)
🚗 Perform onsite support at client locations
📄 Document systems, procedures, and solutions
What You Bring
✔ Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
✔ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
✔ Understanding of networking fundamentals and security
✔ Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Nice to Have
➕ Network+, certifications, or equivalent experience
➕ Experience with firewalls, VoIP, or wireless technologies
➕ Exposure to cybersecurity or network design
