We pay 10% of the contract price while in training or 40% of the contract with 10% office cost. After training it goes to 12% or 50% split minus a 10% office cost. Experienced salespeople start at 13% to 15% or a percentage split plus office cost. You hand us the downpayment and we give you a check!!!! You bring in the contract and all the sales paperwork and we do all the back-end work!!!! We give monthly sales bonuses that change monthly.
