Every company needs a privacy policy on their website, and right now the only option is to pay $2000+ to an attorney or rip one off a competitor (unprofessional and dangerous). Something needs to change, and that's where Termageddon comes into place.

Termageddon is an online generator of policies for websites and applications (privacy policies, terms & conditions, etc). When the law changes, so do the policies, keeping your company protected and allowing you to focus on more important things.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Educate digital marketing agencies on our services, who then go and sell Termageddon policies to their clients. You receive monthly (compounding) commissions on all the sales your marketing agencies generate. No one else is offering a service like ours to agencies, and the response since we launched in June is fantastic.

We are searching for an ambitious and high-energy sales associate to work directly with our Executive Team and also reach out to prospects, which include cold phone calls, outbound sales emails and presentations.

Our Sales Associate position is one where you sell 3rd party partners (digital marketing agencies) on offering our policy generator to their clients.

Specifically, you should be able to:

Have a basic understanding of our service offerings.
Offer our program to marketing agency prospects.
Schedule client meetings and take clients through the sign up process.
Be comfortable making cold sales calls.
In addition to base pay, you will receive commissions for all revenues your agency partners close.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the capability to communicate tactfully and effectively with managers and owners of small businesses.
Ability to write in a professional and grammatically correct manner.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Enthusiasm and desire to learn the sales process.
Self-starter that is punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow the direction of the Executive Team.
Ability to communicate your suggestions on improvements to our platform and the sales process in general.
Ability to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000/year + compounding monthly commissions
