This position involves supporting TimePilot customers on our software- and hardware-based products over the phone and by e-mail. Experience with the Windows operating system and/or IT experience is required, but also important is technical aptitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow. A person in this position will learn a great deal about PCs, operating systems, the Cloud, electronic equipment, and product development. This is an ideal position for someone who studied a technical discipline such as computer science, database management, or IT.
