I have a 14.4 volt Porter Cable and a 12 volt Rigid (Home Depot) cordless drill available. Both work as they should BUT, the batteries are pretty much dead, so you will have to buy new batteries - should be able to find them on Amazon. Both come with chargers and their factory plastic carrying cases. Both have ways to adjust the torque. Both have always been stored indoors and just used around the house. These are one owner, bought brand new.

$25 for both including the chargers and carrying cases. The Porter Cable has a battery that works, but doesn't last long.
