Item is the top part of a leaf funnel. The leaf funnel goes into the 30 gallon paper bag or can to hold them upright and make dumping grass clippings and leaves easier. (Thanks for the info Rick). May have originally come with a machine. Part number is A1P01288. Exactly as pictured. Measures 23" wide x 21" deep x 8 1/4" height. Hose conection area is 13" round.
