Commercial general contractor based in the West Loop servicing minimal city and alot of suburban work. Interior tenant build outs and light core shell framing.
Only skilled carpenters apply - no handymen please. Must have vehicle, tools and a good hard working attitude. Most of our work is for national companies - must show experienced craftsmen and industry talent.
General labors also - hard working - must have prior construction experience - space clean outs, dumpster fills, sawcutting, removals and general labor - materials management on jobsites.
Must be US Citizen, have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Immediate work, substantial backlog of work forward both Chicago and other US regions.
