Two Brothers Residential Maintenance is looking for a Coatings Technician to join our high-performing team. We specialize in premium residential services, including deck and fence restoration, interior/exterior painting, decorative concrete coatings, cabinet refinishing, and more.
Qualified candidates will possess the following traits:

Craftsmanship: You take pride in your work and strive to achieve maximum results
Versatility: Ability to work effectively within a crew or handle tasks independently, work inside or outside, etc.
Reliability: You must have dependable transportation to our shop in Aurora and a commitment to a 40+ hour work week
Experience: Previous deck restoration or general exterior maintenance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right individual
Employment Type: This is a full-time W2 position, not a subcontracting opportunity.
