Position Overview
We are hiring a professional Local Company Driver for daytime deliveries to local retail stores only. This is a home-daily position with steady hours and consistent routes. Applicants must have a Class B or Class C license, a minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience, and must live in or near the Elgin, IL area.
Driver Responsibilities
• Deliver products to local retail stores
• Operate a straight truck safely and professionally, including proper use of a liftgate
• Meet all pickup and delivery schedules on time
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Load and unload freight (up to 25 lbs)
Position Details
• Local store deliveries only
• Daytime work schedule
• 5-day work week
• 55+ hours per week required
• Home daily
Requirements
• Valid Class C or Class B Driver’s License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Must live in or near the Elgin, IL area
• English language proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
