We are a fast-growing trucking company looking for an EXPERIENCED, IN-OFFICE recruiter to join our team.
This is not a remote position — you must be able to work from our office daily.
Requirements: (1-3 are non negotiable)
1. Must have trucking recruiting experience
2. Must be Bilingual (another language other than English)
3. Must work IN OFFICE (no remote)
Strong communication & people skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Must be reliable, responsible, and professional
We are looking for someone who has a proven background in:
Recruiting CDL Class A drivers
Posting ads, managing inbound applications
Conducting phone screenings & interviews
Onboarding drivers into safety/compliance systems
Verifying prior employment & work history
Conducting new driver orientations/onboarding
Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Communicating professionally with drivers and dispatch
Keeping organized records of all leads and hires
Compensation:
