Roommate= Jaime, working most of the time, respectful, great communicator, manager at a casino, appreciates tidiness.
Ideal applicant= Kind to all people, LGBTQ+, all races, and ethnicities. Split weekly cleaning chores. Replenish common use supplies. Smokers ok but no 420, any smoking, or vaping in house or yard. No lots of people over late into the night during the workweek. Keep social gatherings small, on the weekends- considerate of roommate. No daily drug and/or excessive alcohol use.
COVID 19 outbreaks: Respect your roommate’s comfort level with distancing, etc.
BICYCLING: Designated bike paths down main intersections. North Branch Trail nearby.
GROCERY STORES: Target, Jewel, and Aldi.
COFFEE SHOP: Casa Cactus, a 10-15 minute walk away.
