Looking to subleasing my 1 BR apt at Alta in Fulton River District from Jan 1 through the end of the lease on April 22. Will be unfurnished. The apartment is 610 sqft and has in unit laundry.
The monthly rate is $2,024 per month which is below market rate and a great value for the location and amenities. There is a monthly utilities package charge of $115 which includes internet and all other utilities minus electricity which typically runs $30 per month.
The location is right in the middle of everything. Jewel is a block away, most of the L stops within a few minute walk, and quick walk to the Loop, River North, and West Loop to get to work and access some of the best restaurants in the city.
The amenities are top notch with full service gym, yoga studio, steam/sauna, basketball court, hang out rooms, and massive pool deck during the warmer months.
