The unit has south facing alley windows so there is plenty of afternoon sun, and the unit stays pretty quiet. the unit stays warm in the winter, and i can leave my ac unit so you can stay cool in the summer. My favorite part of the unit is the cast iron tub, the water stays hot for so long and it is deeper than regular tubs so it’s perfect for winter! The kitchen is small but mighty, theres an oven, sink, microwave and fridge. Extra kitchen storage under the kitchen island. Natural wood floors throughout.
