Hi all! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3-bed 2-bath Humboldt Park apartment from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. Rent is approximately $625 + ~$70 for utilities (gas, electricity, and internet). The bedroom is 9x9 ft. and is located on the main floor of the apartment. In-unit laundry is also provided, and there is a spacious living room that gets a lot of sun during the day. There is also small outdoor seating area with alley access.

The location is just off of Hamlin Ave and North Ave, and is a short walk from the 72, 70, 65, 63, and 53 bus lines.
My roommates are a 28 year-old trans woman and a 27 year-old cis man. One of them does own an absolutely precious cat, and there is room on the lease for one more pet. We are a COVID-cautious household so people comfortable masking while in public indoor spaces are preferred.
