86” X 40” Sofa (not a sleeper) Previous owner left behind. She smoked but the smell is gone, and it does have two burn holes. Padding in excellent condition as she lived alone and didn’t use it much. It can be cleaned and patched and will be great. Pickup will have to be scheduled two+ days in advance and will be at the loading dock of 400 E Randolph in Chicago.
