Seeking a virtual personal assistant a few hours per week for general fielding of business and personal calls /texts, who can remain confident in being able at possessing complete friendly, festy, assertive firm attitude. Who can remain directed ,confident as well as relaxed at listening to the other party on a call. Are you somebody who will carry a solid phone personality with several people from different walks of life? Do you feel at being able to collecting info over the phone with a repeat objective many times in being able to protecting persons who are victims of various injustices and /or abuse? If the answer is yes then we should communicate! The 'ideal' assistant shall have the understanding that this is best as a 'side' task/ gig and/or for ones who have carried some triumph over psychological or physical experiences with being a victim of something stressful, abusive or hard life, either currently or in the past. It is a PLUS! You shall have experience encountering some of this, but it is not necessary. Most duties involved here are with admin work and documents for building. Please, Note: This is not for lawyers nor police officers. It would not be suitable for them. Prime reason being because the long term objective for the job falls along the lines to ‘conflict’ resolution or arbitration resolving. Lawyers and officers usually are set in their ways at being compelled to dotting their I’s and crossing their T’s, with believing there is ONLY ‘ "one- way" for resolution -or in arbitration. While typically, in fact with life, there is more than one- way for landing conflict “solutions.”
Expect a four to six hours of a virtual shift --few days per wk.- on -call and notice. NOTE: * You can live out of state. It is not mandatory that you reside in the Chicago area for this.* There are advantages however.
A similar "social" style virtual person for this could be somebody vocal with an experienced background in bartending , managers of retail and/or retail sales associates, and theatrical acting experience at the local or regional levels. Or otherwise anybody who has currently or in the person’s past , being surrounded by some tasks revolving around “minor" mediation can be a PLUS.
It is NOT a First come, first served side-gig opportunity here so please keep that in mind!
