Lantech Communications LLC is actively hiring skilled technicians to handle day-to-day fiber and coax installations. We work directly with major ISPs and provide a fast-paced, professional environment. If you're experienced, reliable, and have your own white truck or van — we want you on our team.
💸 PAY & WORK DETAILS
$120–$170 per job
Average 3 jobs per day = $300–$450/day
Mostly new installations
Weekly average: $1,800–$2,000+
Level 2 pricing for experienced coax techs
$100/day Per Diem (for experienced only)
No housing provided
🧰 REQUIREMENTS
Social Security Number (with Work Authorization if needed)
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass background check and drug test (we wait for results)
White Truck / Van / SUV required
— or rent from us: $150–$175/week (pickup in Chicago)
Able to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, crawl, kneel, stand/bend for long periods
Willing to work 6 days/week, 8 AM – 7 PM
Must be dependable and professional
🎓 TRAINING
2 days fiber splicing training for experienced coax techs (not paid)
📅 SCHEDULE OPTIONS
8 to 10-hour shifts
6 days/week
Weekends may be needed
💵 Weekly direct deposit
