Professional Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Subcontractors Wanted (Ongoing Work)

We are a growing exterior home services company looking to partner with experienced, professional subcontractors for window cleaning and pressure washing. This is ongoing, consistent work for the right crews — not a one-off gig.

If you already run your own operation, have your own equipment, and take pride in quality work and professionalism, we want to talk.

Scope of Work Includes:

Residential & commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)

Pressure washing (driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways)

Soft washing (roofs, siding, fences)

Screen cleaning, frames, sills, and detail work as required by job scope

What We’re Looking For:

Established subcontractors (individuals or crews)

Proven experience in window cleaning and/or pressure washing

Own equipment & vehicle

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Professional appearance and customer communication

Ability to follow job scopes and complete work on schedule

Reliable, responsive, and accountable

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Valid business entity (LLC or equivalent)

General liability insurance

Ability to invoice for completed work

Smartphone for job details, photos, and communication

Must pass a quality trial job before ongoing work
